The kitchen is helmed by Pitmaster Gary Wiviott and Chef de Cuisine Ryan Jordan.

Says Pitmaster Wiviott, also known for his BBQ cookbooks such as Low & Slow: Master the Art of Barbecue in 5 Easy Lessons and Co-founder of the Windy City BBQ Classic. "We stay focused on brisket, baby back ribs, pulled pork and best in class hickory smoked chicken.
